He has gained wide experience in the management of both haematological & non haematological malignancies 9breast, lung and other solid tumors) as well as Bone Marrow Transplantation. During his training, he has received numerous awards including gold medal in pathology & Best Outgoing student in Internal Medicine. He has numerous publications in national & international peer reviewed journals. He also has received fellowship in prestigious international conferences like ESMO, St Gallens breast conference, IASCLC.

Dr. Rayaz Ahmed is currently working as consultant in Hemato – Oncology unit. He has obtained DM in clinical haematology from CMC Vellore. He has also worked as Associate professor in Department of Clinical Haematology in CMC Vellore from 2010-2013. His areas of interest include bone marrow transplant / stem cell transplant, aplastic anaemia, thalasemia, sickle cell anaemia, MDS, myeloma, lymphoma and acute and chronic leukaemia’s. He has many national and international papers to his name.

Dr. Narendra carries rich experience in his chosen field of Haematology, Hemato-oncology and bone marrow transplantation.
